About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as happy, kind, and honest. I like tutoring because I like to share the things I love with others and helping someone else understand something they didn't before is the best feeling. I'm looking for a job that is flexible. I don't know, I haven't really thought about it too much. I started tutoring when I was in highschool. I have 1-2 years experience tutoring elementary/middle school from when I was in highschool. I tutored off and on in college and I have two years experience teaching highschool math. In my spare time, I like to read mostly, but dancing is also fun. My skills include coming at a concept from many different angles, being able to meet students where they are and genuinely enjoying whatever I am teaching.
