About Amanda

Hello! I have spent my whole life around children and I have concluded: children are so fun to hang out with! Children are a gift. They teach us how to be patient and bring joy into our lives. I have had the privilege of being involved in kids' ministry for many years! Growing up, I was a "nanny" and a "mom" to many children on my street. I did a program in my backyard and even wore silly costumes to engage the kids! Every summer I volunteer at a camp that partners with DHHS to be an extension of unconditional love to foster children. Moments of hope for a child who has experiences hopelessness and destruction is priceless. I continue to be involved with kids however I can at my local church whether that is a parking lot service, Sunday morning, or an outreach at a park. Whatever the need is, I will love your child as my own. I will walk alongside the next generation, it is my duty and privilege.
