About Amanda

Hello! My name is Amanda and working with children is my absolute passion! I am a college graduate working for Early Intervention. I have approximately 14 years of experience in caring for children, particularly newborns/infants and toddlers. I currently have a 3-month-old of my own! I have worked at day cares for 8+ years. I also have previously worked as a Lead Infant and Toddler teacher. I attended University for Family and Child Studies, so working with children is not just my passion, but my major as well! I am also Child Advocacy Certified and hold a minor degree in Psychology. I previously was a full-time nanny for a newborn until she was 4 years old! I am very caring and passionate with children. I do have my own car with a clean driving record, therefore we can get out of the house for different play events. If you've got animals at home, I consider that a bonus!
