About Amaiya

I have worked in childcare and related fields for over 4 years now. I have former job experience nannying ages 1-4, teaching in a daycare for ages 2-6, and being a peer mentor for kids 6-14. My desire to make a positive impact on young lives stems from my personal passion for fostering their growth and development. Childhood is the foundation of life for adults and I value being able to help children learn, grow and feel confident. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and working together to address any concerns. My diverse skill set includes First Aid and CPR training, as well as early childhood education coursework. I enjoy playing educational games, board games, and puzzles with children, making learning an enjoyable experience. I'm eager to share my love for learning and adventure with your family.
