About Amaiyah

My passion for fostering children's growth, coupled with my previous babysitting experience, led me to become a childcare provider. As a patient, creative, and reserved individual, I prioritize open communication with parents, offering regular updates and adhering to their preferred methods. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. With six years of experience caring for one child at a time, I am also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. My formal training includes First Aid Training, CPR Training, and coursework in Early Child Development. I look forward to providing reliable and nurturing care for your family. I am currently completing my BA in psychology and have two AAs in education and psychology. I have cared for children across multiple settings and have a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
