About Alyx

Hi! My name is Alyx and I am a 26-year-old freelance writer/photographer and nanny. I have 6 years of nanny experience working with a wide range of ages and experience tutoring and helping kids with online classes. During the summers I've worked at a private pool and lake as a lifeguard where I engaged in and run activities with young children. A portion of my summer is also spent working as a counselor at a youth, sleep away, soccer and outdoor adventure camp. Here, I coach soccer to kids ages 8-16 and serve as their caregiver 24 hours every day of the camp. I have taught ski lessons to kids ages 8 and up as well as worked as a babysitter and nanny for many years. I have also worked as a tutor for high school students in English and history and for elementary school students in Spanish. I love cooking as well as getting outside and exercising through biking, running, skiing, soccer and hiking!
