I always like to take the understanding and compassionate approach when working with children as it more beneficial to them and children are young people who have emotions and feelings too. I like to allow children to have the space and time to feel, which in turn makes it easier to understand what the problem or issue is and work thru it. And thought it all kids will be kids so thank god for patience!
