My personality? empathetic, caring and enthusiastic. Seniors are special because they have so wisdom to share. Adding quality of life to their years is my mission because life shouldn't stop due to age! I enjoy working with seniors (and currently do as a fitness trainer) because they have so much life experience and wisdom to share. I believe life shouldn't stop due to aging! Age should not stop anyone from living a fulfilling life. I started really caring for seniors when I worked at a nutritional supplement company that catered to an older demographic. I enjoyed earning what their needs and desires were and helping them to add quality to their years, feel physical freedom and feel valued. I like to practice yoga, spend time with my husband and kids, and being outdoors. - my empathy drives me to connect deeply sometimes even to a fault. I'm learning to set healthy boundaries to balance my own well-being. My skills- empathy, adaptability and active listening.
