I was always told I'm the mom of the group, I enjoy being hands on. I grew up in sports and spending most of my time outside playing around the neighborhood. Towards the end of high school I got a job as a teachers assistant and worked my way up through certifications. learning and listening to everyone's opinions and point of views, through the kids, their parents as well as other teachers and coworkers. About 5 years experience and I still nanny and babysit. I'm looking for flexible afternoon hours throughout the week. I do have my own transportation as well. While learning and building a bond with parents and kids I like to ensure an exciting and safe environment to enjoy, including fun hands-on activities and fundamental building blocks. Listening and understanding the situation and child's needs while ensuring safety through out the day. Talking with parents ensuring communication is clear and we are all maintaining clarity in the child's welfare and routine
