Alyssa contacted me unsure of whether there was a booking for 2/24/25 or for August 2025. The appointment was for 10:30 am. The communication was time stamped 09:45 am. Unfortunately by the time I realized there was a communication it was too late for Alyssa to come. My ineffective use of the website was probably the cause of her confusion.
