About Alyssa

I am currently student majoring in psychology and hope in the future to either become a social worker or a child therapist. I've helped raise my three younger siblings (ages 5, 9, and 13), babysat my 3-year-old cousin from time to time, and used to work at a Family daycare during school breaks. I have experience with kids from toddler age all the way up to pre-teens. Through caring for my siblings and cousin, I've done everything from diaper changes and playtime to homework help, meal prep, and bedtime routines. At the daycare, I worked with mostly with toddlers, helped with daily activities, and learned how to manage different behaviors while keeping everything organized. I'm patient, responsible, and really good at multitasking. I communicate well with both kids and parents, and I know how to keep things running comfortable while making sure kids feel safe and supported. I value the trust families place in me to look after their little ones with care and attention.
