I am always looking for semi-regular or occasional hours. I have a degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a certificate in Disability Studies from Iowa. I've worked with children and adults of all ages with special needs in several settings including in the home, at camp, in school, and in the community. I have experience with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and behavioral challenges. I am also familiar with some adaptive equipment and G-tube feedings. I am a fast learner and extremely patient. I enjoy getting to know the kids I work with and finding activities they enjoy doing.
