Hi, my name is Alyssa and I've been working in infantile/pediatric medicine at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital for the past two years! I love working with kids and have a passion for helping others. I just finished my position at UCSF to begin medical school, but I recently deferred and will now be starting in August, 2025 as I save up for school expenses. During this transition period, I'm looking for a position where I can continue working with children in various capacities, whether that's with daily care and/or tutoring. My friends would describe me as reliable, caring, and energetic, and I believe my outgoing nature allows me to connect easily with children. I have experience volunteering in the NICU as well as 3 years working as an EMT, and as such I understand that safety is the number one priority. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities such as running, hiking, camping, and snowboarding! Please let me know if you think this would be a good fit!

Alyssa has been an absolute gem. She is loving, nurturing, proactive and reliable with my twins. She seamlessly manages their routine - getting them ready, feeding them breakfast, and engaging them in play and reading. From bottle feedings and diaper changes to bath time, she meets all their needs with remarkable efficiency. Her diligence and organization have truly made our lives so much easier. We highly recommend her.
