For three years I worked as a PCA at Arcola Methacton Middle school. Here I learned to support multiple individuals with intellectual disabilities in a school setting. I assisted these students with self-care, mobility, social skills, fine and gross motor skills and much more. We were a life skills class room that believed motivation and positivity is key! During the pandemic, I had two families (who were best friends) to care for. I have been a full-time nanny for a 6-year-old. Partime nanny for 2 kids ages 3 & 5. Full-time we did virtual learning, worked on coping skills, and building confidence. Part-time we worked on educational learning, manners, and outdoor fun! I have been babysitting since the age of 15. On top of that I love animals and have volunteered at no-kill shelters. Currently I run a kitten rescue and am a yoga instructor.
