About Alyssa

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, empathetic, and calm under stress. I like caring for seniors because I truly value the wisdom, stories, and life experiences they share. I find purpose in providing companionship, support, and kindness, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. It brings me joy to know I'm making a difference in someone's daily life. I started caring for seniors when I started caring for seniors when I was young, helping with my grandparents in their 70s and late 80s. My grandfather had a stroke and needed a walker to get around and also had diabetes. It had a lasting impression on me. In my spare time, I like to I like to bake, do needle point, watch new shows, get outside with my dog, and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I love to hear stories and I love to make people laugh. My skills include individualised meal prep, light housekeeping, empathetic listening, and social support.
