About Alyssa

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, so becoming a childcare provider was a natural choice for me. With three years of experience and Early Child Development coursework under my belt, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I build relationships with children and their families based on mutual trust and respect. I follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules and the preferred method of communication for their child's day. Whether we're playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I enjoy providing a variety of activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, and emotional development. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
