About Alyssa

I am a Middle School Math Teacher with 8 years of experience. I hold NJ teaching licenses in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics. I tutor all common core content areas through 5th grade and mathematics through 8th grade. I am based in the Monroe, NJ area. My availability is weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as Saturday and Sundays during the day. I am also available for one time tutoring to prepare for a test. My rates fluctuate based on grade level. Preschool through 3rd grade I charge $50 an hour. 4th and 5th grade, I charge $55 an hour and Middle School I charge $60 an hour. If you're looking for a one time tutoring session, I charge a flat rate of $65 an hour regardless of grade level. We can meet at your house or in a public setting like the library.
