About Alyssa

I am a patient and caring individual with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. My love of teaching and watching children learn and grow stems from my upbringing as the eldest of seven siblings and being surrounded by kids. I have three years of experience as a childcare provider and am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants to preteens. My educational background includes some college, and I am a certified teacher. I also have First Aid training. Communication is key, so I provide parents with regular updates on their child's day, either through written daily reports or via text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games.
