About Alyssa

I have worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician for almost two years, working with children whom have developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, OCD and ODD in learning environments while promoting functional communication and behavior. I have primarily worked with children aged 2-8. Growing up with several younger siblings and babysitting throughout my life has given me experience and passion for nurturing children's growth and development. Over the past year, I have been honored to watch the children I work with grow, learn, and develop their skills immensely, and hope to continue doing so. I am a very patient and dedicated person, and strive for perfection in my work. I prioritize open, honest communication and am willing to tailor my approach accordingly to the needs and preferences of any family I'm lucky enough to work with. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time, and am happy to assist with cleaning, carpooling, and more. I'm excited to be of service!
