As an ASD paraprofessional, I support children in developing communication skills and navigating their daily routines. I work closely with students to help them use AAC tools, from picture-based systems to speech-generating devices, ensuring they can express their thoughts, needs, and emotions. I also focus on creating and maintaining structured schedules that support their learning, transitions, and sensory needs, helping them feel secure and successful in their environment. My goal is to provide the tools and consistency they need to thrive.
