About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa! I have worked with kids for the last 7 years and it is truly what I feel most called to do. I have several different experiences in working closely with families and children and it has always been nothing but pure joy to me! My experience: I began as a child care worker at the summer camp. I was also a child care worker for a local church where I would provide child care for weekends, week nights, and any church event. I was also a caretaker for a special needs teenager for a couple nights a week for about a year at this time. I nannied for a lovely family and stayed with them from the time the child was 8 months old to 6 years old and unfortunately had to leave for school. Today, I am an early childhood teacher's aide at a preschool. I also have 7 years of experience in babysitting for several different families and also for my own as I grew up with lots of siblings! :)
