I'd describe my personality as bubbly, ambitious, and kind. I'm looking for a job where I can continue my passions working and caring for adults and children with autism but with a flexible schedule! I hope to create a safe and productive environment while still having fun! I started caring for people with special needs when I was 6 years old. My mom was a BCBA and at a young age I was able to learn to communicate and engage with people with special needs! I have taken these skills and expanded on them for the last 20 years! And I do not plan on stopping! I am very attentive to all of my kiddos and am happy to teach skills! I work well with kids who are nonverbal and enjoy making learning easy and fun! One thing you should know about me is I am very dependable and friendly. I enjoy a wonderful conversation. My work ethic ranges from fun and creative to getting things done and doing them well! My skills include dependency, fun, and productive.
