At first Alyssa sounded like she was interested in the job and communicated thoroughly on the care.com app chat. She was corresponding at first but once I called and set up a scheduled video call for the following week - I asked for a resume and 2-3 references. Didn't receive anything and I had tried to reach her and silence....just crickets. She went silent ...not reliable don't waste your time but glad I caught this before moving forward.
