I currently live in Princeton, work remotely in the mornings and take care of my 17-month-old grandson in the afternoons. I have worked with children all of my life, babysitting and at summer camps when I was young up through running junior divisions at Spring Lake and Ramapo Country Day Camps in my 20's. When my daughter was young I re-certified from my degree in Secondary English Ed to Montessori training and taught at Ridgewood Montessori School for several years. My long term career was as an editor and photographer for a local newspaper but now that my daughters are grown I often spend free time babysitting for young friends so have continued to spend time with newborn to 5-year-old.

Alyssa is a loving, gentle, amazing person and a 100% responsible and trustworthy caregiver. She is warm, caring, and fun! Alyssa is also a great communicator (with both children and adults). She takes the time to really get to know each child and learn how best to support his or her happiness and development. You couldn't ask for a better person to take care of your little one!
