Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am a rising sophomore at UC Santa Barbara studying Environmental Science. I have always loved working with kids, whether as a sitter, educator, or summer camp counselor. I have been working in childcare since I was 14 years old, starting as a horseback riding instructor for kids between the ages of 4 and 13. Since then, I have continued to work at Center and Camp, gaining experience in both one-on-one childcare and looking after large groups. I also volunteer as a teacher's assistant at elementary schools in the area, leading fun and engaging lessons to educate first and second graders about environmental science.
