The countertop in my master bathroom was never cleaned per your 49-point checklist "Countertops disinfected (all items removed and replaced)" The master shower was not cleaned. The walk-in closet floor and the area rugs in the master bedroom were not vacuumed. My glass top center table in the living room was not cleaned and my stove top was not touched. Also the rate that I was charged was not along the line of the quoted rate. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this cleaning.
