In my 20+ years of childcare, I've cared for children of all ages but my most recent position was as the Lead Teacher in the Infant Room at a local daycare. I believe in open communication with my families and always making sure to keep parents updated throughout the day with pictures of activities or artwork, along with any changes or incidents that may arise. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focus on ECE (Early Childhood Education); my goal was to become a teacher, but I get more fulfillment when I am able to work one on one or with a small group of children; being able to focus more time with each child I believe really makes a difference in helping each child meet their development milestones. I am certified in First Aid, CPR, and I am currently an Early Intervention Specialist(EIS) with the ECI Program (Early Childhood Intervention). I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to provide your child with the best possible care.

Alyson is a caring person who loves kids. She is able to follow instructions, schedule and rules for our home and children. She is CPR certified and is trained to handle special needs children. Our daughter has a feeding tube and after trained on how to use Gtube she became a pro at it. She gets down for one on one time with our children and sends frequent updates and pictures.
