Hello, my name is Alyson, and I am 20 years old. I am currently employed as a Behavior Therapist for autistic children, where I have been working for nearly a year. Although I am passionate about my current role, I am now seeking new opportunities for professional growth. Throughout my life, I have dedicated numerous summers and general time to caring for my nieces, nephews, and other family members. I possess a profound passion for working with children, ensuring their safety, and facilitating their learning and engagement in various activities. My commitment to their well-being and success is unwavering. I am devoted to fostering their development and am eager to find a new full-time position where I can continue to make a positive impact on children's lives. Additionally, I have a reliable car, do not smoke, and am willing to travel as needed. I keep parents informed about their children's day and any issues through daily reports, communication, and updates.
