Hi! I'm Alysia and I have 7+ years experience in tutoring children. I'm patient, energetic, and organized. I have had the goal of being a teacher since I was young and I will be pursuing this dream in college by majoring in Elementary Education. I have mostly worked with students in grades 4-8, however, I have experience working with children between ages 4-14. Generally, I create my own lesson plans that are personalized for the student in order to make the work more engaging and interactive, but I can also work with material provided. My strongest suit is adapting my teaching methods and lessons to the child's needs. I am very flexible with where to meet: remote, hybrid, your home, or mine.
