About Alysha

Hey, my name is Alysha, and I'm an 18-year-old recent high school graduate. I'm excited to explore this opportunity because I've been working with kids since I was 15, and I love making learning fun for them. I started my journey at the Sheehan Center in Bridgeport, CT, as a counselor in training, where I learned how to engage kids in enjoyable activities while also keeping things tidy. After that, I took on my first official job at a nursing home on Park Avenue, working in the dining and kitchen department, where I focused on cleanliness and sanitation. Currently, I work at Mozaic Senior Life, where I enjoy caring for elderly residents and helping them during mealtimes. I'm also attending Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in New Britain. I believe my experience with children and my positive attitude can bring a lot of joy and energy to any environment!
