Alyse has been working for us full time for 7 months. Our son was 11 months old when she started. She has been very fun and playful with our son as well as professional and communicative with us. One of the many things we appreciated about her is that she is not only a nanny, a helper, but also an educator, a cheerleader for our child's development! She has done an amazing job of setting up a daily routine, building our boy's independence, talking and engaging him with various activities. Alyse helped with taking our boy to classes, setting up play dates, and preparing meals. She sends photos and videos to update his activities, writes notes and suggestions daily. Alyse also let us know what he learns in the caregiver-baby class, therefore we can also work on and practice these with him at home. All these details show that she really cares about our child. She will be missed dearly!
