About Alycia

I have 3 years of paid experience of childcare within the school system, but my experience extends much further! Growing up my mom had an at home daycare that grew my love for working with kids. For two years I have worked at Sullivan Elementary School in Green Bay with the After School Program, specifically with K-2. My role included lesson planning, managing crisis situations, and helping with school work. For a year I have worked at Encompass Early Education Childcare, specifically with the preschool class. My role included lesson planning, teaching life skills, and creating a safe and fun environment. No matter what role, creating a bond between home life and school life has always been important to me to bring consistency and safety to a kids life. I'm currently going getting my Masters in Counseling for school and mental health counseling and I am always looking to expand my horizons!
