I am available for overnight nannying, night nannying for newborn care, occasional babysitting, household manager, and more! Whether it's for short/long term nannying, occasional babysitting, date nights, back up care, overnight care, or a trial run, there would need to be contract in place so both parties are protected. PS: I am available to start full time with a family as of January 2025. *My hourly rate varies on the number of children and duties needed. We met with Alondra to see if she would be a good fit for our kids. We decided to do a meet up at our house so the kids and I could meet her.. During her phone interview she explained she had a 3 hour minimum for babysitting (which is understandable). She was here for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes and requested $84. She didn't do any babysitting duties while she was here for that hour. We all met, i gave her a tour of our house, she played with the kids for a few minutes and we ate a quick dinner while I asked her questions. I respect that her time is valuable and would have paid her either way but $84 is wild.
