About Alondra

Currently looking for full time. I first started working with kids when I was a teenager babysitting off and on for my nephews. I was inspired to apply for a teacher position at a daycare where I cared for toddlers. My skills in child care range from creativity when it comes to encouraging children to learn new sounds and words from little art projects, reading books, singing songs, flash cards, etc. I'm understanding and acknowledge big feelings but firm when it comes to safety first. And lastly, you will always be in the know, I am big on communication, rather that be via text messages or chats at the end of the day, mainly what you prefer. One thing you should know about me is that I am currently employed so I cannot start right away. I'd like to give my job some notice before leaving as I don't have any bad blood with the company. I love teaching and caring for my class but I believe it's time for a different path as I've become a new mom and things in my life have changed.
