Hi! My name is Alondra, and I have two years of experience working with children aged 4-13. I've done shifts up to 12 hours and have never had a hard time with any age group. I genuinely love being around kids I think they're fun, creative, and full of energy! I also understand the importance of structure and I am always happy to follow the parents' guidelines to ensure a smooth and consistent routine. Whether it's playtime, homework help, meal prep, or bedtime, I'm more than willing to assist with anything needed.
