I highly recommend Alma! She is incredible. She was our nanny when my son was 6mo to 18mo and she was amazing with him in every way, giving me peace of mind and security day in and day out. She is very professional - she takes her role very seriously and is always punctual, communicative, responsible and cares for our home as if it were her own. Alma felt like a partner to my husband and I, planning our son's meals, activities, lessons, wardrobe and more. She would come with recommendations on new foods to try, things he should learn, places we should go, etc, and she always took our directions to heart, even when she didn't necessarily agree (for instance I'm anti milk and she is pro ha ha). She taught our son words/sounds to help communicate when he is hungry, sleepy or wants to go outside, making our lives so much easier and his vocabulary is very advanced. We trust her 100% She has stayed overnight and traveled with us, and has also come to doctor visits.
