Hello there, my name is Alma, and I'm a proud mother to a 12-year-old boy and a happy wife for 15 years. I'm a certified nurse assistant since 2015 and in the field since 2013. I've recently gotten recertified, and I'm excited to be of help. I have naturally gravitated towards this field because of how rewarding it is to know I can make a difference and enjoy my time doing so. Considering I'm the eldest of all my siblings and cousins, I've always been left in charge to care for them, cook, and clean since the age of nine. Alma is AMAZING!!! Every step of the way, from the onset of hiring her to completing the caregiving job, Alma was genuinely caring, supportive, and professional. Even when the hospital’s support staff could not locate her number (that I had put on file in the hospital paperwork), she showed incredible initiative and arrived at the hospital to pick me up, as she sensed it should be time for my discharge. Alma Is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in caregiving – she was respectful and patient as I was recovering from surgery. Throughout the night, she made sure that I had taken my necessary meds, was hydrated, and was comfortable. Each time, I woke up to use the bathroom or drink some water, she was already awake and ready to assist me. I think what really sets Alma apart, is her natural ability to connect and care for people. She was an absolute delight to talk to, which made time pass quickly. I would absolutely recommend her. to others who seek high-quality care and who are looking for someone they can trust and count on.. Alma is the best!
