About Allyson

I am certified in CPR/AED and First Aid through the Red Cross. I have a Golden Retriever and a Silver Labrador, and two cats. I am happily married, and I am currently studying in an online Masters program. I am passionate about serving and caring for others, no matter their age or level of ability. I enjoy providing companionship to all people, but I especially enjoy spending time with older adults. I have experience in providing care to those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, and I also have experience as an au pair. I have organized, managed, and distributed medication. I have also provided personal care, assistance in meal preparation, and transportation. I am a very compassionate person, and I enjoy and find value in listening to what seniors have to say about life. I am a quick learner, I am patient, and I am trustworthy. I am also flexible and empathetic. I have excellent time management skills, observational skills, and I have very strong listening skills.
