With two years of experience caring for children of various ages, I've developed a patient and friendly approach that puts children at ease. I understand that effective communication with parents is vital, and I make sure to keep them updated on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call, whichever they prefer. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring a consistent and comfortable environment for the children in my care.
