About Allysen

I like working with kids because I enjoy having a positive impact on the children and their family and I enjoy watching children grow and develop skills. I'm looking for a job that allows me to, build a relationship with the family and children, learn and improve my skills, a healthy environment to work in. I started working with kids when I was a freshman in highschool, my first job was taking occasional care of two toddlers for a few hours during the week, I would help with nap times, lunch time, and bath time. In my spare time, I like to swim, read, play guitar. and go for walks. One thing you should know about me is that I am currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati and my availability is formed around my class schedule! My skills include compassion and empathy, communication, and problem solving skills!
