About Allysa

Hi there! My name is Allysa and I have been watching kids for going on 6 years now. I've recently graduated from University of Illinois at Springfield (remotely), with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I'm hoping to eventually transition into my future career path but am willing to commit to a 12 month contract for the right family! I'm a very easy going person and like to take a different approach for each child, seeing as children have different temperaments, personalities, and overall different needs. My goal is to work side by side with parents to create the best game plan for their children. I love to be outside and prefer to have the ability to play outside with the kids whether it be the back yard, nearby parks, or anywhere the kiddos can run out their energy. I look forward to meeting you and hope I can make this the easiest process possible! Entrusting another with your little ones is a huge step and I'm here to make sure you feel completely confident in your decision!
