Childcare is one of my many passions in life. I have been working with children since the age of 15, from babysitting to becoming a preschool teacher. I love working with larger groups of children, but I believe the skills I have learned and polished over the years would make a bigger difference working one on one or with a smaller group of kids. S K I L L S: Monitoring a class of 10+ children, from ages 1-3 years of age. Maintaining a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and have fun while cohesively collaborating with 2 other preschool teachers, all while following a lesson plan. Maintaining a clean environment by changing 30+ diapers daily, regularly sanitizing surfaces, and potty training. Communication is key, I can clearly communicate with the parents of each child to fit every child's specific needs Working one on one with children to direct and correct behaviors, while educating toddlers to work towards specific age-appropriate milestones
