I really enjoy watching my nanny kids' personalities shine through. It amazes me how unique each child is. It's also incredibly meaningful to know that I get to play a role in their lives during this time. I love helping them learn and grow while still making sure we're having fun together. Being there to support them as they reach new milestones is one of the things I look forward to the most.
