About Ally

Hi, my name is Ally and I am looking for a full-time nanny position beginning mid May! I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Monmouth University and plenty of experience in early childhood development and providing childcare services! I am passionate about working with children because seeing their smiling faces and helping them reach each developmental milestone is so rewarding to me. I have plenty of experience working with children as young as 5 months old. I have worked as a daycare teacher's assistant at The Learning Experience, where I applied a strong sense of empathy, leadership skills, listening skills, and communication skills in order to guide children ages 12-24 months through early childhood development. Furthermore, I held a position as a behavioral health technician, where I implemented applied behavioral analysis techniques to support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges in one-on-one settings!
