What drives my passion for caring for your little ones is witnessing children grow and flourish under my care. I believe every child has the potential to thrive, and I aim to create a nurturing and safe environment! I also have CPR/AED+ first aid certification. I am patient, friendly, and approachable, and I believe open communication is essential in any relationship, including those with parents. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them updated about their child's day and address any issues promptly. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I adhere to the parents' guidelines. I understand that each family has its own set of rules, and I respect those. Consistency and fairness are important to me, so children know what to expect. I enjoy playing many games with children, having grown up with six siblings myself! My parents encouraged us to spend time outside and play board games, which I continue to enjoy with the children I care for. I
