About Allison

I have been interested in being a nanny since I graduated high school and continued pursuing being a nanny until 2023. I became interested in ABA care in 2024 and have worked at 2 different companies but have always been driven back to the one on one care that being a nanny provides. I find myself every day ranting and raving about how much of a connection I miss having with my nanny families and the kids I've become close with and still are to this day! I love planning crafts, setting meal plans& outings regularly. If we can't go outside then we will be engaged in sensory play indoors ! Reading& boosting gross and fine motor skills in every way every day. ABA has opened my mind to so many different teaching/ care taking techniques as well that I will implement frequently. I do also want to sort out a plan for taxes to be taken out if it's an app we all download and figure out or a payroll situation I would love that!
