About Allison

As a caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. My patient, friendly, and bubbly personality creates a fun and nurturing environment for kids. I believe in open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and verbal updates about child(ren) at pickup, while respecting their preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and prioritize safety, with First Aid Training and Early Child Development Coursework under my belt. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time or more! I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and other games with them. Beyond childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, swimming supervision and other tasks.
