About Allison

I am an experienced caretaker and compassionate mother. I raised a beautiful 24-year-old daughter and I cared for my mother during her last 5 years of life. She had dementia and was blind so I am experienced with those issues. I also have experience caring for an elderly client for about a year, which I found very rewarding. I understand the frustration experienced with aging. I am very patient, compassionate, reliable, caring and responsible. I have a Masters in Social Work so I am familiar with families, elders and child rearing from both educational and practical experience in problem solving, coping, challenges, and educating. I also believe I am a strong communicator. I love kids. I am very trustworthy and honest. I will share my background check with you during the interview. I can provide local references.
