Hi! My name is Alli, and I love working with kids. They have so much more potential than most people see. Some of my favorite things to do with kiddos is the arts! It's a place their imagination grows, while also being an opportunity to developing other skills. I also love to play pretend with them! Watching their social/emotional development grow amidst the WILD things they come up with is so much fun. I also love helping develop their little minds in math, reading, etc. I have spent the past 9 years working in multiple different facets of childcare. From preschool to camp to nannying! I worked with 3-month-olds to 4-year-olds while working at the preschools. At camp, I worked with kids ranging from 5 to 14. I was also given the wonderful opportunity to nanny for a family with 2 pre-teen boys and a lovely 3-year-old girl. Lastly, for the past year(well, a little over a year) I have been working for two families with children aging from 7 months to 14 years old.

Where to begin... We absolutely ADORE Alli! She has been our full-time nanny for the past year. We have 4 children that she takes care of daily (Mon-Fri). During the day: She keeps our 1yo and 3yo at home. Once a week she takes them on play dates/outings, they do "school" time every day and they play outside anytime the weather is good. She picks our 6yo & 7yo up from school every afternoon (their school is 30 minutes away from our house). Once the kids get back home, she has them get their chores done. She, also, teaches our kids about God, the Fruits of the Spirit, Forgiving, Asking for Forgiveness, Loving Unconditionally, Having Control of Their Emotions...and so much more. Alli has truly been the biggest blessing to our family during this past year. She has become a part of our family; we all love her so much!! She has made a large impact in our lives, and we will always cherish the friendship that we have formed! She is our forever sister in Christ!
