Hi! I'm Allie, a 25-year-old certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) with a passion for working with children, including those with ADHD, Autism, and other special needs. I've worked as a Behavioral Health Technician providing ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 3 years, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I currently work at the Palo Alto JCC and am also a part-time student working towards nursing school. I love to get creative with art projects and outdoor activities, and I'm all about fostering a fun, nurturing environment where kids can feel independent while still knowing boundaries and expectations. I'm experienced in potty training, diaper changes, meal prep, cleaning, and nap time. Most importantly, I'm here to make sure your child feels cared for, respected, and most importantly, has fun!
